To be eligible for entry into the Pope and Young Club’s Records Program, an animal must meet or exceed the corresponding minimum score requirement for that species category (in addition to other criteria).
Scoreforms and the Fair Chase Affidavit MUST be copied front and back on the same piece of paper. This is the only way it will be accepted by the records office. Official Measurers: The Pope and Young Club would prefer you to use original scoreforms and fair chase affidavits that can be obtained by calling or emailing the office.
