Records Policies Entry Requirements Minimums & Scoreforms FAQs Score Equipment

To be eligible for entry into the Pope and Young Club’s Records Program, an animal must meet or exceed the corresponding minimum score requirement for that species category (in addition to other criteria).

Score forms and the Fair Chase Affidavit MUST be printed front and back on the same piece of paper. This is the only way it will be accepted by the records office.

ATTENTION FOREIGN P&Y MEMBERS: Due to increasing conversion costs from foreign currency to American currency, effective immediately, we will only accept payment via credit card for membership dues, entries and/or merchandise purchases from foreign members. "Like many, my view of the Pope and Young Club was one of its capacity as a Recordkeeping institution. After talking with members at the Pope and Young Rendezvous in Poynette Wisconsin in 2016, it was apparent that I had a lot to learn about Pope and Young as a CONSERVATION organization. The Pope and Young membership and administrative personnel are one of the most unified voices in Conservation. They work tirelessly to preserve the bowhunting and archery lifestyles we all enjoy. Their commitment"
Blake Davis, Sales Manager, Xpedition Archery
"For years, the Pope and Young Club has worked tirelessly to achieve their focused mission to protect and defend our bowhunting heritage. Their diligent efforts have had a significant impact on past, present, and future bowhunters. We are very grateful for their efforts to preserve, protect and promote fair chase and ethical bowhunting. These ethical foundations are exactly what we, at Hoyt Archery, believe in. Our shared goals and values make our partnership with the Pope and Young Club, a natur"
Mike Luper, Hoyt Archery, VP of Sales & Marketing
